Thanks for the update. Has the app been updated as well?

    • Leah E. Friedman says:

We’re always looking to update our app, but the great news about the new version of the site is that you now have full functionality, even on your phone!

I miss tracking calendar. It was a good simple way to look at your favorites each day without going through all your choices. And you knew what day each show you chose appears. Now I see things I don’t really wish to see.

I cannot find my tracker or any of my shows. It says I’ve hidden them. What the f? Where is all the info I saved? Your new site sucks!
& is not navigable on my Galaxy Note 4.
I HATE YOR CHANGES!!! I can’t even sign in; it says I have no acct associated with my email: leigh@sti.net, which I have used forever.
What the f Is up? How do I get all the shows I saved back! ! .

Hi, I used to have Sidereel on my old mobile but since upgrading my phone I can’t find the app anywhere? Is it no longer available on android and if not then why?? Please don’t tell me it’s only on IOS as that really wouldn’t be fair!!

    • Leah E. Friedman says:

We had to pull our app from the Google Play store (for a lot of complicated reasons), but the great news about the new version of the site is that you now have full functionality on your phone or tablet without having to install an app!

  • Daniel says:

The new look for desktop seems fine enough except for the spammy ads. I assume that the new design for the tracker page making it completely devoid of colour and function isn’t intentional because it looks very buggy and it probably needs a very swift bugchecking. Plz fix soon.

Good job on the new style! You guys are awesome!

When will the Android app be updated?

HATE IT. Bring back the 7 day tracker calendar at the top with current day in Center.

Bring back desktop view when checked off on phone or tablet

  • Dr Cherie Nash-Smith says:

I cannot find the weekly few of my tracked shows so I can see what’s on each night. I HATE your new layout with no directions. Where can I find this whole weeks shows I was tracking? I have a Galaxy Note 4 or prefer the desktop view. I don’t want my viewing habits public.

Love the new look. Just logged in and saw the site looked different. Thumbs up.

Can’t use it you don’t have an app for Nook HD…..not going to run out an buy an iPad just to use your app.,

    • Leah E. Friedman says:

Don’t worry, Liz! You don’t need an app to run the site on your mobile device. You can just use your browser and the site will optimize itself for you :)

  • Laura M says:

Is this update just for the browser view on my mobile or an update of the app?

  • NCmacASL says:

looks good. I will check out the mobile web version. any plans on upgrading the mobile app (which never worked very well)?

  • Sean says:

Love the new look and especially the new mobile site! The experience on my Windows phone is finally fully functional – still holding out for an app though haha (or at least a calendar/tracker lite app for it maybe? :).

On an unrelated note, any chance of introduce a “Skip Episode/Skip Season” feature on the tracker to get rid of the unwatched shows from your list without removing them? This is basically for reality show stuff I watch like The Voice where I don’t watch every season, so it gets annoying to see the show in my list all year before an episode comes along that I do plan on watching. Or maybe create a “Watching Now” vs “Plan to Watch” list?

Thanks! Keep up the good work.

    • Leah E. Friedman says:

We’re so glad you love the new mobile site! Your suggestion is great, and I’ll definitely let our product development team know about it.

  • Sue says:

I just wish the tracker would load on Windows 10 Google Chrome. :'(

  • Laura McNamara says:

The tracker doesn’t load now. I can’t see the whole week at once like I used to. This is terrible!

  • matt says:

Why isnt there a way to pull up the calendar of shows airing that day and simply click which you want to track instead of having to go into each show and look at its page to hit track?

    • Leah E. Friedman says:

Hi Matt! We actually have multiple calendar options, but two of the ones you might be interested in are our 3-Day Show Calendar and What’s New Tonight.

      • matt says:

What I mean Leah is that on those pages there is no button next to each show to simply click and add to MY tracker. I need to go into each show then add then go back and go to next show. etc etc etc. If there were a button on the calendar page directly I could just go through and click the ones I want.

BTW, L’Shana Tova and Gut Yom Tov.

  • Sara says:

I really can’t believe some of the rude comments on here! Sheesh people. You realize that you’re given everything on this site for free, right? And that they are trying to make things better so that their users can have a great experience, right?

Anyways, I love the new look! I love that we don’t need an app (which was not very user friendly anyway, sorry guys ; ) ) . It works fine for me on Google Chrome/ Windows 10. It works fine on my Android tablet. I’m not sure what all the fuss is about with the mobile view calendar. I was easily able to see the dropdown with view options for switching to the calendar vs tracker etc., and I don’t see a problem with having to click the ‘next’ arrow to see my calendar for the following days. I wouldn’t want my entire week view smooshed into such a small view anyway – how would you read it?

You guys did a great job!

    • Leah E. Friedman says:

Awwwww, that means a lot. Thanks, Sara!

    • matt says:

      Sara,

I cant speak for others but don’t think people necessarily mean to be rude. it is sometimes hard to get context when you are not face to face. For example though if my comment came off rude it is simply asking for information and if not available suggesting it be made available.

  • vicki says:

I signed up just now and am unable to stream Borgen season 1 ep 1. What am I doing wrong?

  • Susan says:

Are you going to ever bring back the app? I really liked using it because it was so simple to just get the shows that aired each day quickly. I stupidly uninstalled it because Thu wasn’t working and now I can’t get it back. Going to the website on my tablet is kind of a pain. Are you going to bring it back? I read the previous answer. Just wanted to know if you have plans to bring it back. I regret deleting it now and had to install a new TV app for quick reference.
